The company's background and current state

Silta Asia Oy is a company founded in 2018 specialising in food trade between Asian countries and Finland. Silta Asia Oy is now launching an innovative business focused on branding and delivering Vietnamese coffee. Silta Asia Oy’s head offices are located in Riihimäki, Finland, and Thu Dau Mot city in Vietnam. The coffee of Silta Asia Oy’s own brand Cela Coffee is made in partner factories in Vietnam. The company’s goal is rapid international growth.

The company is family business owned by Cuc Pulli and Mauri Pulli. Ceo Cuc Pulli is the company’s CEO and is also responsible for marketing the company. Cuc has completed two MBA degrees in international business and entrepreneurship in Spain and Finland, has over 10 years of experience in international business – trading with Japanese, German, Chinese and Asian companies. She speaks English, Vietnamese and moderate Finnish with the support of Mauri Pulli, a Finnish-speaking member. Mauri is the country manager of the company and has worked in the paper industry for over 15 years.
Suvi-Tuuli Lehtinen has an entrepreneurial background, specialising in sales, finance and marketing. He has worked for more than 15 years in international environments such as Dubai, Tanzania and Kenya. Peter Aziati graduated with a Master’s degree in Economics from Häme University of Applied Sciences and gained experience in working in Ghana. Ngan Phan has experience in the food industry (spices) at KSS Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Japanese) and specializes in procurement. In total, the company employs 5 people and has an acute need to recruit new employees.
The current development project aims primarily at launching the company’s new business, developing the brand, products and service models and starting sales and marketing. As the company strives for rapid international growth, the necessary market information on both domestic and international markets will also be acquired as part of this project.

Digital Cela coffee app/site

The company is developing a digital Cela coffee app/site through which consumers can customize their own coffee according to beans (robusta or arabica), mixing percentage (how many percent robust beans and how many percent Arab beans), toast level (light, medium or dark), brewing method (filter, suede, cold soup), or packaging method (how grams, in a bag or box). The customer can then order an alternative test sample or a normal-sized delivery of the product of their choice to the address of their choice. This offers customers the opportunity to receive high-quality and fresh coffee delivered monthly when delivered home.
